The State of Nevada charges the following fees for new limited liability company filings:

• Normal filings are charged a $75.00 filing fee;
• Filings to be processed within 24 hours are charged the $75.00 filing fee plus a $125.00 handling fee;
• Filings processed within 2 hours are charged the $75.00 filing fee plus a $500.00 handling fee;
• Filings processed within 1 hour are assessed the $75.00 filing fee and an additional $1000.00 expedited handling fee.
