 Business Entity Formation

Our LLC formation services include everything you need to file, form and run a Corporation in Arizona.

Arizona Incorporation Services

The following items are included when you form an Arizona Corporation with Paralegal-Plus Arizona incorporation services. These rates and features apply to For Profit and Subchapter S Corporations being incorporated under the Arizona Corporations Code ... Add any of the optional upgrades below as desired.

Preparation of Incorporation Documents

We draft the Articles of Incorporation including indemnification clauses for Directors, the Certificate of Disclosure under ARS 10-202(D) and an Acceptance of Appointment by the Statutory Agent.

You'll receive "signature-ready" documents at your e-mail address in minutes.

Entity Name Check

The corporation's name will be checked for problems or conflicts with other corporations and companies in Arizona.

The entity name must be uniquely distinguishable from other entities filed with the Corporation Commission and Secretary of State.

We can reserve the name for you for up to 120 days.

Legal Incorporation date in 2 days (Same Day Available)

Your corporation will be filed "over-the-counter" within 2 days (not 2 weeks).

Use our Rush filing option & the Corporation will start protecting your assets today.

Corporation Commission "return-time" runs 3 - 7 days, but the effective incorporation date (when the Corp. starts protecting you) is the date of filing (not the date the Articles are approved).

Expedited Incorporation Process

Because we file all Arizona corporations by hand-delivery with expedited processing fees paid to the State, we secure and provide all your incorporation documents in the shortest amount of time possible.

You will get a copy of the approved Articles, Arizona Corporate Entity file no., Directors Organizational Action, Arizona Bylaws and Memorandum and Notice of Publication.

Arizona Corporation Bylaws

You will receive corporate bylaws specifically prepared for your corporation - not some inferior "one size fits all" free form or check-box variety which tend to leave you wondering if you covered all the bases.

Because every state's laws are different, you want your corporation's bylaws to follow the Arizona Corporations Code. Using state-specific bylaws helps you run the corporation in accordance with state law.

Your bylaws will model Arizona law, prepared with information you enter in the Arizona Incorporation questionnaire.

Notice Publication Documents

Since Arizona has publication requirements for corporations, we provide a Notice of Incorporating to publish with a Memorandum explaining when, where and how to effect legal publication of the Corp.

Take advantage of our publication service, and we'll publish the Notice and file an Affidavit of Publication for you.

Federal EIN Application

Federal Employment Identification Number (EIN) Application is included.

Available Upgrades
Need it Faster? Same Day RUSH Filing If you "need it yesterday", we provide a Rush Filing Service.

Rush orders are filed the same day you order when placed before 1:00 p.m. - otherwise, the next business day.

A copy of the Articles bearing the Corporation Commission's approval endorsement are sent to you via electronic and postal mail in 4 to 7 business days.

Publication of Articles and Affidavit This option is highly recommended. In Arizona it's necessary to publish a copy of the Articles when a corporation is formed. Select this option to have us publish the Articles in the appropriate county and secure the Affidavit of Publication.

Alternatively, you will need to publish the Articles and obtain the Affidavit for the company's records. A copy for publication will be included with your order together with a Memorandum and instructions regarding when, where, and how to publish. The newspaper will prepare and execute the Affidavit. Most publishers will mail the Affidavit to you, which you in turn can mail to the Corporation Comission for filing.
